Human Brain Anatomy Model - 3 Parts, Plain Finish

This sectional anatomical replica presents the overall form of the human brain through raised cerebral gyri, intervening sulci and the finer ridges of the cerebellum. The hemispheres meet along the midline, and the underside shows the relationship of the cerebral surfaces to the cerebellum and brainstem. Separating the sections exposes medial surfaces, making the arrangement of the component regions visible from multiple directions.

Applications and Benefits:

  • Practice identifying the cerebrum, cerebellum and brainstem and describing their relative positions.
  • Locate the frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes with an anatomy atlas.
  • Compare lateral, inferior and medial views during guided neuroanatomy exercises.
  • Reassemble the sections to evaluate spatial understanding of the brain’s component regions.
  • Relate cerebral regions to movement, sensation, vision and other functions using a separate functional-anatomy reference.
  • Explain the cerebellum’s role in movement coordination and balance, and the brainstem’s connection with the spinal cord.
  • Plan structure-identification, labeling and color-coding activities with a separate brain-anatomy chart.

Caution:

For educational demonstration only; not for diagnosis or treatment. Handle the detachable sections carefully and avoid forcing their joints. Use under appropriate supervision in educational settings.
